By purchasing from Pro Woodworks, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding order fulfillment and pickup:

  • No Shipping Available. We do not offer shipping at this time. All orders must be picked up in person at our designated location.

  • Pickup Responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their order within the stated timeframe. We are not liable for unclaimed orders or delays caused by the customer.

  • Order Processing Time. While we strive to have orders ready within 14 days, processing times may vary. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

  • No Refunds for Unclaimed Orders. If an order is not picked up within 30 days of completion, it may be forfeited without a refund.

  • Changes to Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
